Allowing the client to go into a slight hypnosis state, however they are fully in control in a very relaxed state. Time is distorted with clients feeling that while under hypnosis for half an hour, will only feel like 10 minutes. But after every session, all my clients feel calm and relaxed both on a mental and physical level.

Once in this relaxed state you are accessing your memories and emotions linked to those memories by your subconscious mind. You will be able to access the root cause of your symptom, allowing yourself to worry less, feel happier, more confident and content. You will feel like a weight has lifted off your shoulders.

Suggestion Hypnosis

This is excellent for quick resolution to interview nerves, exam nerves, driving tests or smoking cessation. You will be relaxed into a calm hypnotic state where you will be at ease and fully in control. You will be given suggestions which will affect your behaviour/feelings.

The type of suggestion given will depend on the symptom you are wanting help with. If you want to stop smoking, a typical suggestion would be ‘you will feel a huge sense of pride and pleasure now you are a non- smoker’ or ‘you will find it easy to live your life as a non-smoker’. Note that ALL suggestions given will be completely positive and worded very carefully in order to get the very best results.

Belief Work

Acquiring the skill to manage your thinking is hugely beneficial, especially when we all feel limited within the constraints of our belief system. Overthinking creates a lot of anxiety and stress.

The type of psychotherapy I offer teaches you how to control your thoughts so you are not at the mercy of events, other people, or prejudices. You will find you have more confidence to take on the challenges that life throws in your way, developing resilience and strength of self worth.
