My career has been in Human Resource management for a number of years. This role has given me first hand experience on a daily basis as a coach, adviser and confidant. It therefore seemed a natural transition to move into the field of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy having had a keen interest in psychology.
I have been trained in what I consider to be the best training association which allows me to give the best possible advice and assistance to clients, helping them resolve a wide range of phobias and anxieties that have been with them for years.
As part of my training, I also underwent my own personal therapy, so I have a great insight into the therapy itself and how it feels to resolve my own issues. I have also successfully stopped smoking through hypnosis.
My training allows me to give the best possible advice and assistance to my clients, helping them resolve anxiety, symptoms of depression, lack of motivation, low self esteem and changing limiting beliefs. I believe it is down to us as individuals to decide to make changes in our lives and in that moment anything is possible.
As part of my ongoing commitment to my local community I am a volunteer for a charity mentoring young adults in care and support a community group working with victims and survivors of child abuse.
Helping my clients to overcome their personal difficulties, find hope and work towards their goals so that they can live more fulfilled lives is both an honour and humbling experience.
As a member of the International Association of Evidence Based Psychotherapy I am committed to ongoing personal training and development and supervision. I also hold an up to date CRB check and Professional Indemnity insurance.
Marise through her great professionalism, strength, empathy, generosity of knowledge and expert hypnotherapy has helped me way beyond my expectations…
